All the information we have about the outside world comes to us through our five senses. The world we know consists of what we see with the eyes, we hear with our ears, that we smell with your nose, that we taste with the tongue, and we feel by touch the skin. Modern research has revealed that our perception is the brain responses to electrical signals. Based on this, the people we see, the colors, flavors loudly through touch, and everything we have and what we accept as the outside world, only the electrical signals to the brain.
For example an apple: The electrical signals with respect to taste, odor, appearance and hardness apples to our brain through the nerves and form a picture in the brain. If the nerves to the brain is interrupted, the perception regarding this apple will disappear. What we sense as an apple, actually a collection of perceptions to the brain. We can never be sure that the "collection of perceptions" is really exists outside of us. We do not have a chance to get out of our brains and touch something that exists outside: we have only our perceptions.
