Although the Qur'an was revealed 1400 years ago, in which contains the scientific facts did not know at the time. New facts are discovered in our time through scientific equipment and the latest technology. These characteristics clearly demonstrate the authenticity of the Qur'an as a revelation from God. Here are some examples of the miracle:
The findings of the century 2000 states that the universe continues to expand. However, this fact God has to say to us 1400 years ago in verse 47 Surat Az-Zariyat:
We're the guys who built the universe with power We, and indeed, we continue to expand. (Surat adh-Dhariyat: 47)
The movement of the heavenly bodies in their orbits fixed, otherwise the Qur'an centuries ago:
And He it is Who created the night and day, sun and moon, each moving in an orbit. (Surat al-Anbiya: 33)
If we examine the meaning of the Arabic word verses that mention the word 'sun' and 'moon', we will have interesting properties. In these verses, the word siraj (lamp) and wahhaj (brightly lit) is used for the sun. As for the month use the word munir (sparkling, illuminated). We know that the sun produces heat and light as a result of a devastating nuclear reactions in it, while the moon only reflects the light coming from the sun. The separation is expressed as follows:
Seest thou not how Allah made seven heavens with full harmony with one another, and make the moon as a light, and made the sun a lamp? (Surah Nuh: 15-16)
The nature of wind as a means of "pollination" is mentioned in the Qur'an Surah Al-Hijr Verse-22:
And we blew the wind to marry (plants) and we sent down rain from the sky, and we give you to drink the water. (Surat al-Hijr: 22)
The Arabic word "pollinator" refers to the effect on the plants and clouds. Modern science in this field indicates that the wind does have both of these functions.
Qur'anic miracle is confirmed in the following verse:
He created the heavens and the earth for the purpose of the Truth. He closed the night the day, and closed the day up in the night. . . (Surat az-Zumar: 5)
In this paragraph, each closing (wrap) between day and night is described with the word "takwir". In our language, this word means to make something of overlap, folded like cloth digulungkan. In Arabic dictionaries, this word describes an action incase something melilitinya, as well as wrap the head with a turban. Therefore, this verse is implicitly accurate information about the shape of the earth. An exact expression for the spherical shape of the earth. That is, the spherical shape of the earth has been hinted at in the Qur'an in the 7th century.
